Boston Social Fitness Festival: Weekend Wake-Up and Release with Sara DiVello
Sad to see Yoga on The Charles come to a close? Never got a chance to make it out? Don’t miss this weekend wakeup class at City Hall Plaza on Saturday, September 15th from 9 to 9:45 AM. Boston Wellness Week is a citywide celebration to promote health, fitness and active lifestyles for Bostonians of all ages and Healthworks Fitness to proud to once again be offering free fitness at the event. Our weekend wake up yoga class is one of three free fitness events happening on Saturday the 15th, so stick around.
Boston Social Fitness Festival: Tabata with Tara Breznovits
Get ready to turn up the heat with this high-intensity interval training workout. Tabata features 20-second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. Plus, we have one more chance to score some new Athleta swag: win our plank challenge and the prize could be yours! Boston Social Fitness Festival: Dance Mile Warm-Up Zumba with Sylver Rochelin!
Anyone who attended a Zumba class on the Esplanade this summer knows that this dynamic fitness program will get your feet moving and your heart pumping. Warm up for the Boston Dance Mile by joining Sylver Rochelin at City Hall Plaza at 12:15 PM on Sat, September 15, 2018.
Reebok 10K Training Run Club
Join Little Miss Runshine to prepare for the Reebok 10K for Women! The Reebok 10K for Women will take place on Monday, October 8th at the Boston Common. The Open Running Club for Women will meet at Healthworks Back Bay every Monday night and head out for a 3-5 mile jog along the Esplanade. All paces are welcome! This running club is open to all women, even if you’re not running the Reebok 10K.
